Built to retire the Sunday-morning scramble
Every Sunday, an usher team needs to know who’s serving, where they’re standing and who’s covering communion. For most teams that lived in spreadsheets, group-chat polls and last-minute texts.
Volunteer ushers (the WeServe Team) built Usher Planning Center to put all of it in one place that works on any phone. Ushers say when they can serve, leaders build the roster, and everyone sees their post before they walk in.
UPC started with the usher team at Victory BGC and is built so any church’s usher team can use it. It’s an independent volunteer project. It isn’t owned, operated or endorsed by Victory, Every Nation, or any church, and it doesn’t speak for them.
